See above comment. Having the the exit keypad closer to the gate would be easier for those handicapped individuals. Also so that you don't have to park too close to the gate. Walk back and forth.

I love the unit. Security seems to be a high priority as you have to use the code to exit too. An employee, "R.J;" was very helpful the day I moved in. We had a nice conversation.

David, one of the storage staffs is very friendly, customer-oriented, and accommodating to us. He recommends what is the best choice for our stuffs thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hesitate to move in right away. I definitely would recommend this Public Storage at Albrae, Fremont. The price is very affordable and the units are clean and newly renovated. Your money is worth it.

Excellent customer service. Only issue is with the facilities. The only elevator requires you to send up the cargo to an awaiting person on the 2nd floor or you run upstairs to open up the door to access the cargo. Drywall and wood framing in the smaller units.

Great sign on rates, but we have had our rent raised 2 times in one year! On a positive note we checked the website and found a unit for way cheaper and were able to move units with no friction...not so positive...we had to move units :-(

Dale and Kim have been excellent! Great customer service! They are definitely experienced and know what they're talking about. I've been with public storage for many years. And they are the best. I would definitely recommend this location.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel like they were genuinely appreciative that I pick that storage facility. The grounds are kept very clean. Probably the one thing that I'm slightly uncomfortable about is that I have one of the smaller units that you walk into a hallway to get to the unit and it gives me the creeps. I would prefer an outside unit with the roll-up door. I will be watching to see if I can get any good deals on that size of unit.

The location is very close to home and extremely convenient. The property was easy to access and felt very safe. Haley setup my storage unit to help during my move. She is very friendly and helpful. I had no issues during the time my stuff was stored there. Dale was also extremely helpful when I was finished renting the unit. I was able to schedule a time to meet him so he could inspect the unit. He even double-checked to make sure my address was up to date, which was something I forgot to do after my move was complete. I recommend using this storage facility if you live in Fremont or Newark and need to store items temporarily.

When i went to there, store manager said lift is not working and asked us to come next day if we want to use the lift. Storage unit was not properly cleaned .
