I like that the storage space is ground level and accessible to drive up to! Did everything online, which was very convenient! There was a bit of an issue with trying to get someone in the office at the site during business hours, I called and left a message and never received a call back. Hannah, was very nice and helpful the day of the move in. I did however need to wait 10 minutes before she returned to the office to finalize the rental, during business hours.

There is still some dirt outside of units but since you are storing inside of units there should be no problem. Friendly staff that was very pushy on updates but she probably gets commission! Just say you already have the extra items. No 24 hour access. Not sure why and no one else does this so maybe is legal issue but whatever is only temporary. Would recommend these guys over any other as they are mostly run down and/or discussing and unsafe.

We just downsized our unit from 10x10 to 10x5. We were able to get a new unit right next to our old one so moving was a breeze. And we saved over 50% on rent!

That being said, your automated system continues to bill me even though I moved everything out of storage a week ago and talked to the person at site in last few days after removing lock. She assured me everything would be taken care of...can we please wrap up and correct this billing. Thank you. I am very happy with Public Storage and will use again when need storage.
