The latch is a bit mangled from an attempt to break in, but still locks fine. Long walk to unit. Unit very far from office. Very few carts, often not available at distant office. Access hours limited, closes much earlier than most. All things considered, the rental fee for the unit is better than many. On site personnel friendly and helpful.

The unit was clean and a good price. The only downside is that there is 1 elevator for a large area of units so we had to wait behind another group unloading their UHaul before we could begin.

Everything is good, pricing, neat and clean storage. I am only giving 3 to customer service as I didn't get clear information on insurance. Executive said it is required but I believe per papers it is not required and as per customer wish. So there was a confusion. So I spend 15/month which was not required.

This location always seems to have some type of maintenance issue. The gates seem to always be broken, same with the elevator (heads up, there is only 1 elevator, most of the buildings have only stairs), and transients seem to always be living in one of the units. Then there have been several break-in per year. For the price (high), there is no real security nor active monitoring / notification. I'd recommend newer competitors if these are must-have or issues you are concerned with.
