The manager was professional and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and I actually had no questions when I left.

My rental was very efficient and pleasant. The on site manager was very kind and courtious. I am pleased of the rental and how everything was performed.

We were having our belongings delivered from out of state. The transport company we used was a nightmare. The district manager and property manager at the cedar location went out of their way to get us a unit that would accommodate the trucking company. Thank goodness for all their great customer service and help. It could have been a terrible situation but because of the storage team it all worked out.

The first time I came here 3 years ago Robert helped me and He was super nice to me and the store smelled pine sol clean. 3 years later Robert is still super nice and the store still smells clean! I will always try to come here when I need storage space??

We felt sorry for the site manager who has to stand and say they can't give the client in front of them the best rates. The manager has to tell the client to look on line. We had to stand there in front of the manager and find the web site for the particular Public Storage we were standing in. We had to find the best rate. We had to fill out the form on line and then it gets forwarded to the manager. REALLY! How sad this world has become when a person can't talk to another person but has to work through a web site. Then you have to fill out all the forms again once you get the best price on line. It is a waste of the client's time and belittles the manager. The owner of these properties must be in love with Trump policies of screw the public screw the employees and take all the money.

We liked this place so much that we got a second unit after moving here. Once we downsize, we will cut back to one but this is a great place.

There was a water leak that caused water damage that made the guest bathroom not usable and the gate stopped working.
