TC made the move in very easy and by the time I left I felt my belongings would be safe. Another thing to mention is most places have shortened the access hours but here you have until 10:00 which is great to be able to stop in after work if needed

The person in the front desk was very accommodating and showed us the 10 x 10 we wanted, but was too big and was kind enough to recommend other available options. She answered all of our questions and we managed to store our items that very same day after we chose a 5x15 instead. Any item you need involving storage they sold as well making it easy for us to get a lock. Thank you.

The manager was extremely professional and made the process simple and clearly explained. The locker and premises were clean. All is secure. Moving carts are handy. All in all, excellent customer experience.

Albert was super friendly and showed us two different spaces a 5x5 and 5x10 so we could decide which one we needed. We loved the newness of the facility and how secure the whole facility is. They have special locks for your space that you can buy from them. Highly recommend it. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never rented storage before so this was a great experience.

There are no trash bins this makes it difficult to discard any waste you have during your move or storing items

I needed a 5 x 5 that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t gonna cost me a lot. When I saw the price on this one I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe it. I went and checked it out and then rented one. Everything went smoothly the young man at the front desk was very helpful. Showed me how to use the locks and the check in through the gates and elevator and went with me all the way to the unit I rented. This place is a lot more secure than the other places.

One of the excellent storage facilities ,city of Fremont has . It so clean at any point of time. Storage units are spacious and their pricing is so competitive and very economical . As much as the facility , it's the staff and mainly their manager Kelly who makes your experience more comfortable and ease with their awesome customer service .Wishing them all the good luck .

I love this place they had the lowest prices for their units. It was clean and easy to find . The employee Kelley was great she went out of her way to get me a great deal for my storage unit. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks Kelley for your help you were so awesome.

Very friendly, helpful service, good price

Honestly one of the better experiences I had in terms of storage units. The place is clean and secured & very Nice and convenient. Honestly would recommend people to go here- this is coming from somebody who never writes reviews, but they were so nice and accommodating even when I was coming 20 mins before closing and they were still seemed happy to help. Also the pricing is UNMATCHED.

What a difference from older facilities that are dusty, moldy, and dirty. The facilities at West Coast are brightly lit and clean. I am very happy with my decision to store here.
