Security Public Storage

Other than my GPS (Waze) taking me to an entrance that doesn't exist, this facility is clean and the staff seeks to make getting a unit as pain free as possible. Once you know where it's located, there's no problem finding the correct entrance but that first time was frustrating. Drive up units are easy to access. The road inside is wide and makes loading/unloading easy for everyone. Each unit is alarmed, insurance is provided & required, and the entry/exit gate is easy to operate.

I'm a new tenant at self storage on fresno 93711 off of shaw, my schedule makes me very close to closing time when I can come in and Shirley went behind what she needed and waited so I could start putting my stuff away in storage. After hours on her own time. Great customer service very much appreciated.

Star is amazing at her job! She was the one who walked me through the paperwork, as well as the promos they had going (I got some free swag for checking in on yelp and 2 months at half off for being a new customer). She also helped us with a dolly for moving things and was incredibly pleasant to work with overall. The area is trash free and not tagged up at all. Units look very clean but mine has a mild musty smell. I think the last Tennant was a cat owner. Not too worried about it though! Great security, and everyone gets their own private gate code! Great experience!!

I love the place the name says it all.....convient...easy in and out.. for sure secure...lol i have a front and backdoor... the hours are early open close late i love it....

Special thanks to Sebastian & Stephaine for working with me on such a short notice and for accomidating me when the last storeage space I wanted was rented out just before I arrived. Manager at this facility is outstanding. Very friendly and excellent service. Bends over backwards to help.

Quick and easy

The only reason I had to give a 2 on "Time on Paperwork" is because I rented two units instead of the one originally requested. Not the managers' fault. I am very satisfied with the service, security and facility. The managers were most accommodating to my requests and went above and beyond to make my renting the units easy and efficient for my needs.
