Hidden fees.. they should mention those before getting the unit..

I do not even know where to begin! There is so many great things.I want to say about the storage facility.But my character limit is only 2000 and I know I definitely will go over that lol. In short, Every interaction I've had with an employee at Self store it was BEYOND EXECPTIONAL. Starting with the first phone call to inquire about renting a storage all the way until my move in day was a BREEZE and smooth sailing. When I first saw my unit I was AMAZED AND INSTANTLY KNEW I FOUND THE PERFECT, SAFE AND SECURE STORAGE FACILITY. EVERYONE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PATIENCE AND THROUGH. WITH THEM THERE IS NO CHANCE AT MISUNDERSTANDING ANY INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES TAKES THEIR TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND ASK QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND AS WELL. I HAVE MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT MY REVIEW WOULD TURN INTO A SHORT NOVEL LOL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED OR HAVE ANY REGRETS!

Signing up was a breeze, they had a lock available since I didn't have one with me (and with a review they refund the cost of the lock), SUPER clean facility and grounds.

Office staff was very efficient in setting up my storage needs. Facilities are clean inside units and driveways

Couldn't believe how clean it was, both inside and outside. The employees were very friendly. Made sure I understood my rental agreement. It was raining the day I rented my storage and the gentleman who helped me made sure to wipe off the seat in the golf cart so I didn't get my pants wet. Inside the office was extremely clean. Everything was in its place. I notice these things because I have a cleaning service. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to my friends and family.

Out of all the storage units we were looking for in our area, this one had the best prices for what we needed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were able to move in our belongings the same day we called to inquire about storage space.

Only downside is no public transportation nearby.

This place is great. The set up is just what I was looking for in a storage facility.

I initially contacted the other storage place and the price was twice as much as what I paid at Clovis storage. The experience was so easy thanks to the great employees there.

Michael Clark was our representative and was everything we could have hoped for: Patient, efficient, personable and thorough. He drove us in a little golf cart to the unit to make sure we approved and that we would know the most direct route to the main door.

Price was a little steep, but security seemed to be a priority. Very nice move- in special with a few amenities including free rental of moving truck for 4 hrs. Our 10X10 happend to be located in doors with climate control and some nice music in the backround.

I had 2 units in this facility for 2 1/2 years prior and was extremely happy. It was Cargo Bay at that time but I feel confident that I will have the same security and great service with the 'new' owners!

I chose the location strictly based on price. And it is by far the nicest/cleanest storage unit I've ever used. Super friendly at the desk. I found a better rate online and they took my word for it and gave me the discount at check-in.
