Great pricing, best location, wonderful service! Staff were extremely accommodating, the in-person confirmation and intial check-in process was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Stuff seems nice and friendly, but shortly after renting, they show their real face. They are fake and such a lie creators, and so unprofessional. Their actual prices are not what they advertise. Officially it’s lower rate that you may on web, hidden part of rent they will send you invoices like after hours stay and charging penalties, after paying closer attention you find out that those people are suck a lier.

I called Sparefoot and the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to help me find the u best storage unit to fit my needs. He took his time to search and helped me get a great deal. I am so happy I called I couldn't be more pleased!

I came to EZ Storage because the most popular competitor pulled a classic "bait & switch" tactic of offering a low price and then jacking it up bigly just five months later. Goodbye to them! Hello to EZ Storage! The people here are friendlier and it's closer to my home. But a better price has its costs. The downsides: This EZ Storage location (on Alameda near San Fernando Road in Burbank) does not have air-conditioning in their units which is rather common but being on the top floor this unit was pretty warm. The unit also does not have a light or even an electrical outlet in which to plug a lamp. The only light source is from the lights in the hallway and they are on a timer. For me it seemed the lights would go out after 15 minutes. Since this was the first time I was moving stuff into the unit and rearranging everything the process took some time. Another slightly cruddy thing is to get stuff to the second floor you have to put things on a lift made for the carts (and only four carts on the location) and you have to walk up a short flight of stairs. Not the worst thing but opening and closing the lift's doors and latches eats up some of your time, especially if you're making multiple trips as I was. Oh, and the storage unit I have has two doors which require, of course, two padlocks, increasing your cost should you need to buy another padlock. Overall, I'm glad I moved my stuff here. Price is the biggest factor. I sincerely hope this company doesn't do the same unscrupulous price increases that their competitor does. The lack of adequate lighting in the unit is the biggest gripe I have because even with the hallway lights and both doors open the room is not well-lit at all. I guess I might have to bring in some battery-operated camping lanterns.

Spare foot was super helpful and found a storage unit exactly where I needed it to be. They reserved the unit until I got down to the storage company office. The office staff at EZ Storage was so welcoming, showed me the unit, and how to access it from the outside. There was also a special move in offer to boot! The process couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have gone any easier! Thanks!

I would definitely recommend EZ storage to anyone with storage needs. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to drive to EZ Storage because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s just a couple blocks from the 5 freeway. The staff was very helpful in assisting me to determine what size storage unit I would need based on my description of what I needed to store. And I really appreciated their offer of a 50% discounted rental fee on the storage unit for two months! I also appreciated their large sturdy carts, which helped to reduce the time it took to load everything into the unit.

Michelle helped me out and showed me everything I needed to know. She was quick efficient and made everything easy. A very helpful and satisfying experience.

The ladies upfront were so helpful and understanding. I completed paperwork about 6p with a truck full of stuff and only 45 minutes to unpack it before they closed. Welp, someone was moving out of storage and blocking the only driveway to my unit. I helped the guy move the item out and onto his trailer. He returned the favor and helped me unload the big items on the truck. At 645p one of the lovely attendants came to check on me and asked how much time I needed to finish. She gave me additional 20 minutes and we jammed and unloaded that puppy! I had such a stressful terrible week packing and getting uhual and then storage that she made everything disappear in that moment just by giving me more time. I'm so grateful! Praise the Lord. When I go back and get the 2 ladies' names I'll update this. They need credit!

Fast and easy service ! Staff was very nice and showed me everything I need to know !

Outside it seems very sketchy, the street to enter on is hidden and just seems like it's not the best place to store your stuff.. However, after you enter the gate (you need a code), and enter the building, you are greeted by two lovely ladies who are very sweet. The hallways, storage doors, etc. are very clean and well kept. The only other thing I didn't love is that there was no light in my unit but the hallway lights suffice.

The staff were very knowledgeable of their products, quick to process the necessary paperwork, and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and they often have promotions on their units. Erica and Mario made my experience at their facility enjoyable and productive!
