Public Storage - Burbank - 2240 N Hollywood Way

Sue made the process of seeing the space, doing the paperwork and getting auto-pay all arranged a genuine pleasure! The facility is SPOTLESS, everything works as it should, and security is even better than I remembered it being. (I'm a repeat customer, because I felt well taken care of then, and STILL do.) Thanks to Sue for doing such a great job. We love the Burbank location.

Renting at the Hollywood Way location in Burbank was great. The rep on-site, Angela, was very helpful and extremely friendly. She showed me around the facility and explained everything to me. Also, their access hours are long which is a big plus.

This Public Storage is so clean and well-maintained. It was recommended to me by a friend and I was thoroughly impressed with the facility. Climate-controlled, pleasant surroundings, a manager at the desk...what's not to like? Heidy, was very friendly and professional and made the whole process very easy.

My location is very clean and great service. What I have noticed and is very annoying is that in all locations the hallway light sensors cut off too soon. For safety and practically the lights should stay on longer.

We all collect more than we can stuff into closets and garages. Public Storage is the best place to put that extra stuff. It's clean, organized, and with a friendly production staff to help all your needs from purchasing boxes and supplies to borrowing a dolly to help your move.

I have dealt with Mary several times while renting different storage units at this facility. Mary has always been pleasant and very accommodating. I have also dealt with Anthony and he has been very nice to deal with too. We have been coming to this facility for several years, off and on, and we find it to be clean, easy to get around and to fit our needs for storage. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to store their extra belongings. I find it to be safe and conveniently located. I find the other renters that I meet on the elevators and at the facility have been very friendly.

The manager was so amazing nice sweet and made us feel safe. She went over everything with a great attitude and energy and made us feel like family!

Great location, property manager actually knows their stuff and is friendly - passed up a lower priced competitor nearby because this place felt more trustworthy. Website is easy to use. No regrets.
