The guys at Public Storage make the process of getting storage simple. Their app is comprehensive and simple, providing code access to the property. They have flat dollies that make physically moving your storage items much easier. My only issue (and this is an issue with self-storage in general) is that there is no guarantee what your cost will be in the near future as the contracts are month to month. We'll see how that goes with fingers crossed.

Robert in customer service is top notch! I've only had one other experience with this company having used a 10x10 'public storage' unit in Burbank for 12 months a couple years ago & if I were to have actually written a view; that public storage facility would've received 3.5 stars for safety & security and 'zero' stars for their public unisex restroom cleanliness ( literally there is a bucket under the sink catching gray H2O) Wow, what a welcome surprise that for my local storage needs in 2017-2018; their sparkling new facility at 5550 San Fernando Rd. is like "Fort Knox"... Plus the amazing knowledgeable and friendly staff & 'Super-clean ladies room' & easy On-Off freeway access made my choice to use public storage again a no-brainer! I feel 100% confident while traveling for the next 12-18 months that my valuable art, Family heirlooms -collectibles & seasonal designer clothing etc. are protected 24/7! I have to say what makes a big difference is how friendly and helpful the staff are at the 5th street Miami Location. They are excellent. One minor hassle is the key code pad is on the passenger side instead of the driver's so you have to get out of your car to punch in the code. I almost always have to do it twice before I have time to exit the facility.
