Because all the employees are usually very helpful. They are polite, respectful , and courteous. They are knowledgeable, resourceful, with plenty of good ideas. And what's more, not one time did they ever make me feel bad when I got lost in a maze of never ending corridor and could not find my storage space.

First acquired a unit in August 2015 when we were moving because our building was being demolished. Was able to reserve a unit easily and quickly. At the time needed a unit close to the door because there was so much stuff to bring in. Was accommodated nicely and have had the unit since. Now we needed to clear out the unit asap and was able to close the account quickly and without too much hassle. Teresa was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and friendly, always a smile on her face and a great attitude! =D Thanks Teresa you're awesome! ??

I didn't need my storage anymore so I left. Had to move again and I came right back! Carina, Teresa and Robert are absolutely amazing! Very clean location, great access hours and they make you feel welcomed.

Teresa and Jerry are two of the best public storage service reps there are. They make life easy and are very accommodating... this particular location is always safe and clean. Teresa and Jerry reduced my worry of finding a safe place to store my valued personal belongings and kept the process straightforward and quick. I was in and out and all of 15 minutes... This is the best public storage facility of all storage facilities....

Good security and friendly staff, but feels a touch overpriced. Ultimately, it's all relative and unique to different individuals.

The sales guy I had was incredible. I was not able to use the $1 move in because I had just rented a 5x5 at another PS. I had it for a week only before I closed it. Had it not been for his attitude and personality I would have never signed, especially since I had to pay full price. Everything he went over was not rushed, he answered all questions and he went with me to make sure my code was working properly.

I found the price to be under the competitors. I did not know that a mandatory insurance premium would put the price back to their price level again! With a mandatory secure lock to be purchased, I was confused as to the security claimed by the sturdy lock or the insurance requirement hinting at fallibility. Now I accept that if my stuff is stolen, I will get some money. But I feel I've "met" the crooks already! LOL

It is my first time renting storage space and am happy to say my experience with Public Storage was great. The representative was polite, courteous and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that some hidden costs were mentioned after I had committed to rent, like additional insurance costs unless you provide one yourself. Other than that it was excellent.

The staff was very helpful in choosing the correct size for my storage the place is really clean and it doesn't smell which is the best I would really recommend this storage great job you guys keep it up.

The reservation (online) went very well. When I arrived, the employee showed me around and resolved my request for a light fixture that hung just outside of the unit. When I came back to check in, Krissy gave tremendous advice on what materials I will need for a successful pack and ship experience. I appreciated this facility having bathrooms and dollies available for my move-in. The lighting and climate control is more than expected. I paid less here with more space than where I was previously. This company is top-shelf.

The initial move in price was actually much higher than expected. Yes, there was an asterisk by the quote ( reserved a spot online) but there was no indication of what the other fees might be. So to have the start up price be 2 AND A HALF TIMES GREATER than quoted price, I was not happy. They should just be upfront with everything; I felt taken advantage of. Kept adding things on... just didn't feel nice. However, the staff is always wonderful when I am there. Very friendly and cheerful.

They made my move super easy, totally recommend.
