It was easy to get a storage space on the ground floor. There are always carts available for moving in or out. Very quite, well maintained with easy accessibility to your space. .

Public Storage is a professional organization that I had the great pleasure working with. The on sight manager was extremely knowledgeable, professional and could answer all my questions.. Reserving my unit in advance made check 8n very easy. Eli was informative and kind when we arrived to move into the unit. This couldn't have gone any smoother than it did.

Good experience. The employee that we spoke to was able to answer all of our questions and help us with everything we needed. The only negative aspect was that an advertised price did not include other fees that were necessary.

Great place to store things. It's all in 1st floor and has easy excess to the storage bins. Docking station was very helpful. But you have to buy their lock to lock your stuff.

The staff that work here are very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. The only gripe I have is that there isn't enough carts to move your stuff. But other than that, it's all good here. Keep up the excellent work.

Brenda and Lydia at 6400 Foothill in Tujunga are wonderful. They made a very emotionally difficult move much easier for me. They are very friendly, kind and compassionate women. Would highly recommend this facility.

Dealing with website and location personnel creates confusion.

Brenda is so wonderful. She is so helpful and such a doll. I have been using this storage facility off and on since since 2000. I so appreciate Brenda as she gives me courtesy calls to remind me to pay, and also getting me the cart, and just being a great gal. So thank you!!!!!! You have a great employee!!!

The office staff was fantastic however the property could use some fixing up and they need to change insurance companies as it took over two weeks for them to refund me my money.

I have had a number of spaces at this site over the years and have always been treated very well by all staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very competent. Two areas of relatively minor dissatisfaction: 1) When logged into my account as an existing renter and reserving another space, the confirmation screen unambiguously informed me that I was eligible for the 50% off first-month discount, and I was shown a total price. This price was not honored at the office, though, because I was an existing renter. I will also say that the half-price discounts that are offered on the website as internet-only prices displayed in purple Christmas ball ornaments, do not make it clear that the price is only for the first month. I tried checking everywhere on the website, but was unable to ascertain what the deal actually was. I suspected it was a first-month only price though, so wasn't really surprised when I called to ask -- I was just surprised that the screen confirmation was not accurate in terms of my eligibility/non-eligibility for the special. 2) The $22 admin fee for renting an additional space seems a bit excessive. I've been a good customer for more than five years, and not sure why they need $22 for 10(?) minutes of paperwork.

the set up is good and secure, however last time i was there, there was a man hanging out at the gate and when we opened it up to go in, he followed us. No idea who he was or where he went, but that didn't sit well. the unit we rented had an oil slick in the back on the ground. when i asked the person what it was, she didn't know. said she thought it was oil...and that was it. didn't show us another unit or say that was an option. we had to buy a tarp to put down to assure it didn't ruin any boxes. it was a bit disappointing. if we weren't in a rush to get a unit and get my stuff in there, we probably would have looked at other places. like i said. it's storage. its a place to put your stuff. so i don't hang out there or whatever, but i know its secure. people were nice, just not very observant that we would have liked a different unit instead of an oil spill unit....

The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. They made everything very plain and understandable. They were always accessible and friendly to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use Public Storage in the future and will recommend you to others! Thanks
