When I needed help there is no onsite support we were lost finding the unit and help came from a phone call hours later.

Just right for us with everything just as the management team explained it would be. Great experience so far.

The lady at the front desk is amazing. So kind and helpful, she made the process so much easier for me. Highly recommend!

Was very helpful and the place is very secure for a storage facility

Nice clean place. Costumer service is good. Elevators close too fast. My unit is on second level and far from the elevator. Due to being handicap it's hard to get to my unit.

Tujunga Storage on Foothill BLVD, Big Orange building across from McDonalds, is the best, the cleanest and Jennifer the manager of the place makes it the best experience with her knowledge and customer service.

You should have an after hours customer service line for emergencies after hours when customers have issues pertaining to gate not opening or thst have been locked inside the facility after hours. I spent the night in my car freezing because if a faulty gate and could not get out before cutoff time. I called only to get a recording and the local police would not help me. The on-site mgr ignored me a would not respond either.

I like the fact that someone is always there. I need supplies, I need a cart, I need to find my space. I can always count on someone help. thank you.

I have not had any problems. The only thing that was a little frustrating is having to put in a code to work the elevator. I wish there was some other way to control who goes in the elevator.

Jennifer provided excellent customer service. This is my first storage experience and she professionally answered all of my questions. The facility is very clean and secure too. I will definitely be referring and coming back.

The staff, both on the phone and at the facility were very nice and easy to deal with, including understanding my circumstances for needing a storage unit. Separate security gates for entry and exit and drive up availability to my unit are a great plus.
