It all went well, and I set up auto pay for this account in the front office

Took several days to get done with a one afternoon job of signing up. Started with one customer service agent who was great but he wasn't there the next day then had another customer service agent, no response. Then had another customer service agent where I had to start over again with many details. Liz did a good job though and even called me when the online document didn't work correctly to complete sign up. We completed the sign up over the phone where she filled out the document for me which was successful.

Jorge was helpful and had good Customer service skills. Appreciate all the information you gave me on my move in.

Website never states promotion period clearly. I had to ask employee about the details.

This was my first time using a storage unit. Checking in was easy and the agent walked me through everything. The facility was clean and bright. Overall a satisfying experience.

They put a Yellow Braille style strip of raised bumps in front of the buildings entrances. It's super helpful when you are pushing a cart full of stuff and it stops shortly because the wheels catch just right. Also they should invest into a couple mattress dollies. Other then that the facility is well lit and clean. The staff is polite and friendly

I feel the security is great and my property is secure... The property is clean and efficient. My only complaint would be the lack of electrical outlet access and no guest Wi-Fi I'm a on the go kinda guy and these things would prove useful in a pinch; I would also pay more for such things; O and the only bathroom is accessible in the office, so a third floor guy like me would have to make a trip downstairs for the bathroom... Other than the above, excellent facility and great service.

Its a new facility; less than a year old. Very clean. The office staff was nice. You do need proof of insurance, they make you buy one of their special locks for $14. They pro-rate the first month, but there are no partial months. So if you don't give three weeks notice you will pay the next month too, even if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stay there. You have to be lunch a code in and out each time you visit. Good introductory rates, but not great after it wears off. Definitely worth it during introductory time.

Customer service is top notch. Very clear about where to go and how everything works. Can even pay your bill over the phone, which is very convenient. Pricing is fair as well, given the space.

The motion detector that turns the light on in my unit does not work well. Consequently I find myself in the dark often while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving items in or out of the storage unit, which is annoying. Other than that everything else is fine.

Customer service was quick and friendly. The safety in this place is amazing. We got through the admin part very quickly and we were able to pay, unload and leave within 15min. Amazing storage place!

My experience with Trojan Storage of Glendale has so far been very positive. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean and feels safe.

I found a good deal online for a locker at Burbank Trojan Storage, came down and Jorge took care of my needs. He was fantastic and thorough and helpful, made the experience easy! The facilities are clean and I love the hours. The place felt very secure. Recommended!

Even though the first and second floors are not Climate controlled they are still better than other places I have looked at when the temperature was 97 degrees outside it was around 75 degrees inside. So I very happy for that!

I was in search of storage in this particular area and came across this facility.  I availed for the promo of 50% as a new customer for the first 3 months, and I think compared to what others offer, this was my best option.  I went to their yelp page to see the reviews, it average at 3 star-ish.  I was a bit skeptical at first and went to different locations.  But after I visited other locations and compared the price and distance, I decided to visit this place to do the survey.  I met one of the staff, Erick, who helped me to show the unit and went through everything thoroughly.  He is friendly enough to accommodate me, and helped me to understand the rules, policy, and the process.  I think everyone's experience with the staff might not be the same with me in this facility.  Mine was good, and I was happy with their service.  The facility was clean because they just opened Jan 2022, the storage has a high ceiling!  That means you actually can stack a lot of stuff if you want, you just need to be careful arranging it.  Other places the ceiling is pretty low, and the air doesn't seem to circulate enough.  The next day I went back to put some stuff in there, and I went inside the office, again everyone was greeting me.  I also like the cleanliness of the office.  If you read my reviews, I never forgot to give a review of the restroom...  and this facility has a clean restroom, sink to wash hands, and a coffee machine for new customers to enjoy.  So far I am happy with this facility and hopefully my experience continues to be pleasant.

Amazing! Trojans storage is very clean and very spacious. The gentleman who helped me out made sure I understood the rules/regulations and made me feel more secure about the gates and security codes before I left the facility. The price was perfect and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m super happy with the experience at Trojans storage.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were patient when I needed a bit more time to finish using the dolly before returning it to the office. The building is clean and well-located. I do wish they had more elevators but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to enter my code every time I wanted to use it.

Staff is very helpful. Establishment is very clean, a little like a maze, but you get the hang of it after going back and forth a dozen times.

The place looks like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s brand new. The extra security measures, covered parking and a friendly staff are all virtues. I got my unit 50% off for the first three months. It will be rather pricey after that. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll deal with that when the time comes. Overall, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I chose Trojan Storage on Elk Avenue.

This is a new facility in Glendale that is very clean, and well monitored. It feels very safe and secure, and they have great new move-in deals.

Trojan Storage checks all the boxes! It is easy, a great location w/easy access. It is secure, safe, and uncluttered. It is well lit and the rules are very clear. Anyone will feel safe visiting and using this facility. The office staff is personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Parking is excellent and all-weather. The price point is on spot, and feels like a great value. I highly recommend Trigan Storage to everyone!
