Clean climate controlled space with good height.

A little tricky to get there, but that is normal for Grass Valley, Friendly, clean and, welcoming. Feel good to store my stuff there.

Old Barn is pretty central in Grass Valley and super convenient to swing by while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m out and about. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, easy to access, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the gate access hours start early in the morning and stay open pretty late.

Kind of expensive but very clean and really friendly.on my third day I was approached by sheriff's task force.so I have mixed feelings.

I ended up in the wrong place accidently, but Kacey was a great sales person and reeled me in to stay there. Even though it's more expensive than where I was going, I chose to stay and rent a larger spot than originally planned as I felt my work inventory was in good hands. I need another unit for my personal items, any chance of getting a good deal for the first 3 months? I was in escrow when Paradise burned and my house had sold already, my stuff needs to get out of Sacramento where it landed after the fire. Just looking for a little extra help, if possible. I need it closer so I can go through and get rid of things. Doesn't hurt to ask, right? :) Thanks! have a great day!

So far I like the facility and it was extremely clean. Staff was well infighting and helpful.

The employee that signed me up was a very kind and helpful young man. I believe the rent is really high since I got a 10x10 climate controlled unit in Roseville Very nice place for about $90 less.

Hassle free sign up and move into the storage unit. Other storage units less expensive but this is climate controlled and easily accessible.

Reserving this storage unit online was super easy. The following week I was able to move my stuff in. Customer care was very friendly. Everything about obtaining this storage unit was easy. The unit itself is clean, and I love that they have a locked gate at the front of the property.

Whether coming or going or just meeting someone here to place items in storage, we've always had the most delightful interactions with the resident managers! I wish I had their job and their accomodations!

I first rented a storage unit at Old Barn a few years ago. I've never had a problem with my unit, safety or anything else. The management is efficient and friendly, lovely to deal with. I've since moved out of the county but have kept my seasonal items there. I highly recommend selecting Old Barn to store one's 'treasures'!

The facility is kept very clean, the security system seems good, the management lives on site (perhaps the owners) and they claim to have never had a break in. The unit I rented wasn't swept out, but otherwise was clean. They have bathrooms, which are open during office hours (pretty standard) and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, and helpful. They were also very upfront about late fees being expensive, and about the mandatory insurance. Thus far, I am very pleased.
