Public Storage - Harbor City - 24180 Vermont Ave

I just hate spiders and my space is full of them. However the halls elevators etc are clean. The staff are amazing. They get 5 stars from me.

From the beginning, manager Shay provided amazing customer service. She promptly called me to confirm my appointment and was very professional. Once I got to the facility Shay helped me find the right size for an amazing price. The light bulb in the unit did not work but Shay told me that wouldn't be an issue she would get that fixed for me as soon as possible. Ray was also at the faculty during my sign up and he was able to answer any questions that I had. These two are the Dinamic Duo! I had reservations about coming to rent at public storage, but with these two at the property I am confident my items will be protected and my future visits to the facility will be just as friendly and professional as the first. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Any one whose ever moved knows this process is very stress ful ...Thanks for the friendly smile, helping me find my unit and making the process less stressful Shay !

Wonderful customer service. I like the facility. I have a unit space inside the back building- there are no security cameras which bother me a bit. Unsure if no cameras leave a risk to breaking and entering any unit inside. But I went in on a weekend and felt safe. Thank you

My fist experience with Public Storage. Friendly & knowledgeable staff to help you with all I needed and offering the supply was also excellent idea. I was impressed with the Facility, very clean and organized. Will recommend to anybody for storage needs.

The on-site staff were very helpful and accommodating, and very easy to talk to and were able to effectively answer my questions.

I love the prices, but I would have left my stuff in the storage longer, if it was complementary seal or at least had screens for the roaches and other animals. The entire ceiling was open and everything was climbing in from the next door storage and outside. I understand the humidity will damage anything inside the storage if it was completely sealed, but at least some kind of screen would help.

I like the facility, however it seems that the corporate headquarters have only the bottom line in their heads. The bait and switch comes to my mind, you are given a somewhat great deal to start, then look out a few months later the price increases starts. I had a problem with another facility and was advised to speak to the main office. Let me tell you I was so disgusted with the way that man spoke to me, I would not recommend this company to anyone. He was very unprofessional, and now I understand the reason why some of the lower level people act the way they do. It must be a bitch to work for for this company
