Madison is the store Manger who was off the day I moved in and Angie was there she was very professional and helpful in getting me in my unit I really appreciate it and when Madison came back she checked with me too make sure everything was OK. Thank PS I appreciate everything you have done.

Customer service was great. The BIG problem is that the elevator in my building doesn't work, and apparently hasn't been in service for quite some time. I would think that this is a priority maintenance issue for you guys. I got my unit a week ago and came back to see it's still locked up. It's ridiculous that you guys are perfectly fine with your customers having to drag one box at a time to their units on the second floor. As a disabled vet not only is this painful....but it takes forever to get things into the unit. If this isn't taken care of in an expeditious manner, I intend to make a formal complaint

I went to the one on the Mission Blvd in Hayward and the lady at the counter, Dawn, helped me with the process without a glitch. She was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone.

Its a dive compared too a lot of storage places. And do not store any type of food. Rats are a big issue. But, the on sight manager is amazing. She's gone above and beyond to offer me help during a time I really needed it.

Nadine was so knowledgeable and friendly her customer service was off the charts. In the future I will continue to use public storage on Mission Blvd and I will recommend them to friends and family. If you're looking for a quality storage facility with 5 star customer service look no further than 29824 Mission Blvd, Hayward. Ask for Nadine she was so helpful and knowledge she also gets 5 stars.

I loved going to the Pubic Storage on Mission Blvd. They were friendly and the manager helped me when determining which size unit to get. Most business people would try to sell you the most expensive one, but he actually just cared about which one was reasonably priced and coud fit all my stuff. He also recommend how i pack my things both in boxed and in the storage unit. Judt great service!
