Overall this was a great experience. I processed all of the paperwork online, paid online and went directly to my unit. The on-site manager was very nice and very helpful. Everything was quick and painless... I would definitely recommend.

I feel so safe and comfortable storing my things. Even coming in the evening by myself after work. The property manager Briana was so cool too, when I came to register & I've never rented storage before, either. So much of my life is disrupted right now that this takes a huge weight off me, especially as a single Mom. Thanks so much!

Briana was really helpful for me and our company. She set us up very quickly with a space and helped a driver we hired to move some equipment to the space find it and then locked up the doors for us and gave me the key later that day. She is very helpful and very nice to work with. She is a real asset to Public Storage.

Friendly and responsive staff. Briana was great with dealing with any issue I raised. Facility was clean, and it was nice having a centrally located restroom!!!. My door strap broke, and I forgot to mention it to the facility. When I returned a week later a new strap had been installed.

Yesterday afternoon I went in for some information & while there I was assisted by a Miss Jeanette who went above & beyond to make sure I left with no questions unanswered. This location is most convenient for me however, as shown, not all reviews are good ones yet & I wanted to get a feel for the place. It isn't easy to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving valuables & walking away however employees such as Miss Jeanette definitely make it a breeze!
