Great customer service

I have been a customer for almost two years now due to my living situation . I recently went to a smaller storage unit, yet , I had To refill out all the paper work and pay for The process . That did not seem very fair since I was already a paying customer , I did not feel like a appreciates customer . I felt ripped off After the process.

Twila at the San Leandro facility was very helpful and friendly and took care of me in a timely fashion during a very 'high stress' time in my life....

The set up and customer service was great. However, the day I moved my items into my unit, both elevators did not work. Since my unit was on the second floor it made moving horrible for us, as well as adding time on to the process.
