AJ the manager was great. Access is difficult in you want in late however i understand the reason. got in got out after a 3000 mile flight. tough area. worried about the access and the amount of people moving around at the site while I was unloading. lots of people cutting locks. I realize it was the first of the month but not sure what the security looks like. chain link fences just draw a line .

Friendly and polite staff. Very clean. However some of the characters renting spaces made me uncomfortable. I don't think persons on bikes should be allowed to enter the facilities. I felt uncomfortable with a guy just lurking around on his bike staring at me. Other than that. I probably wouldn't go at night, but during the day the office managers and staff are wonderful. And I told him my issue, and he followed me back to my storage for safety.

I needed a storage for extra stuff in my garage . Went on line and sent a reservation. Rec'd a call within 5 mins. And got AJ he was so nice helpful I didn't need to look any further. Great customer service .

THE STAFF THAT MANAGES THIS STORAGE FACILITY IS TOP NOTCH. I RESERVED A COUPLE OF 12' X 24' UNITS ONLINE, DURING THE EVENING AFTER DOING A LITTLE RESEARCH OF ALL THE LOCAL STORAGE UNITS AVAILABLE. THE FOLLOWING MORNING I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE AND A PHONE CALL TO VERIFY THAT THE UNITS I RESERVED WERE AVAILABLE AND READY FOR MOVE-IN. I ARRIVED AND FILLED OUT PAPER WORK, WENT OVER THE ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MOVED RIGHT IN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. FAST, SIMPLE AND SECURE. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW COOL THE UNITS STAY BEING IN SUCH A HOT PLACE LIKE THE DESERT.

The process was quick and the manager, Sara, was very informative and efficient. My storage spot is in a very convenient area and have had no problems. They even included a lock.

So far it has been great. AJ was very nice, patient, and friendly.

Employee attitude outstanding, help AJ gave us was awesome and he continues to be outstanding. Locker he gave us was perfect size at a good price and he continues to help us ( we are disabled) with everything we need. Highly recommend!

I looked around at a few different storage places, but the Manager here was so nice and helpful on the phone, and their 19.95 move in special was the cheapest I found. The staff is very friendly and always so nice. I even sent my daughter to rent a place and they gave me a credit on my rent for refering her. Thank You guys
