I appreciated having the bag with my lock and additional info placed inside the storage unit. The only recommendation I have would be to post the instructions on how to open the unit on the outside. Where this is my first time having a storage unit, I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize to had to step on the bottom lever to release pressure to allow you to move the latch.

I recommend them without hesitation.

Extremely accommodating since I had to change unit size at the last minute and made the move a lot easier.

We recently relocated to Hemet. Prior to this move I had two storage units. One being the result of my divorce and the other due to the death of my mother. I had been needing to consolidate these units but was unable to find an affordable unit that would also allow for my moving costs. Thanks to CubeSmart and the move-in special, I was able to combine to obtain a much larger unit at an incredible price. I'm pleased that I didn't have to sacrifice my standards in storage. The facility is extremely clean and is located in a safe neighborhood.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful even though we were experiencing issues with their online system. Once everything worked we were up and moved in. Clean storage facility and great hours to come by at. The hubby and I are in the process of moving and CubeSmart made everything easier on us. Thanks again!

Only thing was that my reservation was made for a split 10x20 which requires two locks. Didn't move anything in but if I were to change it to a single 10x20 I would be charged an extra 20$ which is absurd. And wasn't given any info on a moving truck which the pamphlet read.

Can't say much as I just moved in. What I can say so far is that the employees were very nice and helpful, the unit was very clean and the over all facility was clean too. Had to buy one of their locks is the only thing negative that I can say about them.
