We even sell moving and packing supplies on-site for additional convenience. Advertised unit sizes are approximate sizes. Please inspect the unit to be sure the actual size meets your needs. The special pricing and Move-In Discounts are for new customers only. *Proof of property insurance is required at the time of move-in. For your convenience, we offer property insurance on-site. **Due to high demand we can only guarantee availability for a few days, though we will do everything possible to honor all reservations. This is a very nice, clean facility. The owner/manager are very, very nice, personable, and helpful. They made my move out process extremely easy and accommodating. I assume security is decent; I've never had any issues. I was moving and had left my unit unlocked and received a call asking me if they wanted me to have them put a new lock on. I thought that was very cool. Pricing is way expensive! I don't fault the facility. They are a larger corporation and is located in one of the most expensive cities. That's what I get for living in orange county! So, the pricing is comparable to it's location. If living in that area, I would recommend the facility.

I signed up for a unit for $272.00 a month and the rental is now $352.00. How did this happen? I am on Social Security so the increase in rent is difficult. My contact also states that I can pay after the 15th. Too my surprise, I was locked out on the 10th. This is not what I call good business. When I recommend the facility, I m careful to tell my friends to be aware.
