Barbara who manages this site, is now a friend since providing excellent communication, medical care post a serious car accident prior to a Hoag ER VISIT, had to pay my bill. She was so worried an insisted ER was more important. She has maintained decorum 100% of the time with all clients which is truly exceptional and unlike any other public storage who are all good. I find her flawless. Other units have had overspray, or some sort of theft, troubles, and she runs a smooth ship. I wish upper management would feature her for woman of Orange County. I arrive post electrical fire, where neither Irvine nor Edison took responsibility. Like any big corporation, medical, or other, she is what makes Orange County the reason we grew up here and love it. She is always looking after others. In addition I was concerned one day about an issue. She took charge and was very calm, in a situation where two other men could not figure out how to get the moving done. I think she attracts quality tenants this way. There are specials to save money everywhere else, but not this place. I really, really wish it was less expensive because I would like to keep a storage unit always, instead of repeatedly short term stints there. The lady who runs the place is smart and really kind about taking the time to look at other facilities for me to find exactly what I need- different sizes etc... I have never used the other places she finds because I like this place. I've been to other storage facilities and they can feel like a half way house for homeless people or a creepy catacomb of rooms with lights that go out if the timer hits 0. This one is clean, not creepy and the employees are surprisingly bright and sensible. I don't know why it's surprising to find bright employees at a place like this, but it is. It's a refreshing experience to expect a mundane hassle (who looks forward to dealing w storage?) and find a completely pleasant, competent employee who is willing to spend as much time as needed to make it as good as possible. She also goes over the fine print about 100X as though she understands what a pain it is if you don't know the deal.

I picked public storage based on reviews from everyone else in Yelp. Barbara is excellent and has amazing customer service skills. She is kind, patient and thorough when helping you find the most perfect unit.
