I have had a great experience with public storage. They were very helpful I had a girl named Angie and she was amazing she helped me find exactly what size I needed. I also thought the property was clean and well kept .

Great customer service and friendly staff. When I made my reservation through Customer Service they did not inform me I would be charge for insurance or a lock. The price I was quoted was not the price I had to pay. I wound up paying almost double what I was quoted. But other than that my experience was very good.

The property manager at 2065 placentia property is fantastic. She searched other properties to find what suited my needs, she walked me through the rental process, made sure to answer any questions and made me feel safe and secure leaving my belongings there.

Darius did a great job explaining everything and was very friendly! I will say that there are a few extra charges that one might not consider when reserving their storage unit - like admin fee, mandatory key fee and mandatory rental insurance.

I came in unsure what Kind of storage unit I needed in my life, but thank god Melissa was there to help me. I was quickly overwhelmed by the professionalism and care I received when picking out my very own unit that I almost broke down and cried. If it wasn't for public storage and the courteous nature of Melissa I would be a broken man. God bless you all and all the good you are doing for the worlds storage needs.
