Prices go up by a lot every few months. My 10x10 upstairs unit now online shows regular price at $255 but they raised my price to $381. No one can explain why. Requested price adjustment but no one could help. They told me to downsize. No carts, bathroom locked sometimes and no one in the office. No light inside the unit. Upstairs gets hot. Positive is thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean and secure. Code in every door and elevator.

It is a very large facility they have one cart. I had to carry my stuff over 100 feet. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m on the second floor down the second hallway. I just moved from another facility that had a cart at every door for what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re paying, Absolutely unacceptable. Martha, the manager is very nice. She actually went and retrieved the one cart for me after I had walked all over the facility looking for it.

We have been with PS for 9 years. The thing that bothers me the most is the commercial that says well lit. A 60 watt light bulb is not well lit and neither is hallway lights spaced 5 units apart. That and the weeds need to be taken care of along with a faster authorization to repair the ONLY bathroom. However, MARTHA is the best manager you have ever had at this storage place. make sure that you keep her forever.
