Public Storage - Huntington Beach - 17952 Gothard Street

Storage was clean - they opened it for me, got a look, they gave me the lock, signed all the documents, paid and it was all settled. Website payment wouldnt work for me though so i had to go in-person (maybe fixing that would be nice)

It is a good deal for a unit. Just pray it stays that way I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see why they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take my apt insurance the first month $15 and save me $15 ?

Move in was nice and easy. Decent price. Only complaint is, I was sold boxes for my move. And told I could return any unused boxes. Tried returning just a few days ago, because I can never seem to catch someone in the office, or I would've returned them sooner, and was told I could not return unused boxes. I would not have purchased without this option being presented to me. Only to be told later I could not return.

I have been using Public storage at 5 locations since 2005. I trust this remarkable company and their clean design and well taken care of units, I only look into storage space by the orange door!

Reserving a storage space online was quick and easy. When I arrived at the location, Oscar was great to work with and made setting up my storage account easy. This is in a great location.

Joy was great at getting me the appropriate size unit for storing my belongings. I have always had great experience with Public Storage. Anwar, the manager at the Public Storage on MacArthur Blvd. is exceptional, so it was hard choosing another facility for my storage needs (I just want a unit closer to home). But Joy is just as spectacular!

I have been renting here for quite some time, I'm always happy to see Joy, she is so amazing. Today I met Heidi, and I really like her too. She is very out-going and sweet. She asked me to let everyone know about my experience here. This facility is clam and clean. No weirdos, hanging around the facility. I feel like my stuff is safe. They might not have a lot of available spaces, but that's because of how great the facility is. If you can get the size you need make sure you get it, cause they go quick.

Joy was great . What a great Faculity

The manager, Joy, was super nice and friendly. I think the price for a 10x10 unit is a bit high but the area is clean and relatively well lit making night visits easier. Location is great for me because it is right next to my office. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Moving can be traumatic, I personally get anxiety at just the thought. Public storage made our experience fast, easy and stress free.

I recently moved from normal to socal and the people were accommodating to our needs at the exact moment we needed storage. If anyone I know needs storage I will refer to Public Storage.
