I rent a unit for my business. Today I tried to access my unit and was informed the new gate hours are 930 -6 with no exceptions. How can I run a business with these hours. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a great experience checking into our unit with the help of the gentleman working at the facility on Bolsa Avenue, I believe his name was John. He was very helpful in the entire process and made sure we had everything needed to get access to our unit. He was very knowledgeable on the location of the units and getting us the best unit for our needs. I have seen him around the facility since our original check in and he's always smiling and asking us if we need anything. Great service from him. The units are also very well kept and very clean. Everything is in great working order from the access gates to push carts. Great facility overall.

I am really happy with the customer service when I was getting set up for my storage unit. One thing that I would like to see is visible cameras inside the storage unit facility as well as signs posted that notify customers that cameras are there. As a 23 year old female, I am a little uneasy to access my storage unit when I am by myself.

Helpful and quick!

We've been using public storage for over 5 years. Facilities typically have been easy to access, clean and the staff very accommodating. The only drawback is the ever-increasing cost to store stuff. I would hope that Public Storage wood provide long-time customers with rate discounts sometime in the near future. Otherwise I'm going to have to sell my stuff.

I performed a service installation at this Public Storage and Shelby was very helpful with information and a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service employee.

The staff has been helpful and friendly and professional. The facility is always spotless. The only glitch was that although I pre-authorized having staff open the unit to accept deliveries, and also gave blanket authorization to anyone in my company to authorize via e-mail opening the unit to do that, we had one instance where staff didn't understand and would not authorize opening the unit. I made the orders more specific to avoid further confusion. But I did think they were pretty clear up front. Otherwise, I'd choose this place for my personal use if ever needed.
