Yenni was absolutely fantastic, she sorted all problems quickly and efficiently. HQ advised her that one had to be a US resident, which is rubbish as I had stored with Public Storage for the previous 18 months. Yenni made the whole process quite simple and we experienced no delays etc. 100% efficient!!
