Everything went fine, but there were a couple of surprises, additional storage insurance requirement, difficult to reach the property directly, and an up charge for electrical. Electricity was lost for the last month, and there was no refund. Otherwise a clean facility and the staff were friendly and professional.

Online/phone call wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t helpful as it was a centralized operator and not someone directly at the facility. But when I got there, they took me around the whole facility so I could pick a great spot.

Terrible, they only care about the money, no trash cans, theft occurs and they dont do a thing. I thought that is why they have cameras.

Prime has cleaned up the desert storage an RV lot that I used to work at. I still have storage there and have noticed many changes that they have done.

I've been there several years and have access whenever I needed to get to my storage. It is a cleaner more efficient storage area than the previous one I had my belongings in.

Your Docusign was a mess. Half of the blocks were overlapped and unreadable, but had to be signed. I was told I would be receiving a signed printed copy in the mail, but haven't seen it yet. I would appreciate one for my file.
