Jon was very helpful and understanding in assisting me with my move into the storage unit. The staff at this location has excellent customer service skills and works to resolve customer's needs in a timely and satisfactory manner.

I have been a customer of this location for almost 6 years and was looking to down size my unit. I spoke to Jon on numerous occasions about my needs. When a unit came about that fit my needs, Jon was not only helpful, but understanding while I transitioned to the new unit. I would recommend this storage facility because they have excellent customer service and work to ensure that the customer's needs are cared for.

I arrived to this location & expecting it would have taken a little bit of time to get settled, understandable. PS employee "Jon" got me settled & out in about 15 minutes. He had no idea I was on a serious time crunch & was very articulate with the contract & what it entailed. Absolutely satisfied!!! Good on ya Jon!!

After reserving a storage unit online I was promptly contacted by one of the managers of Public Storage to schedule an appointment for me to meet and see my unit to make sure it was the right unit for me. I also received a call the day before by a manager to confirm my appointment and let me know what would be required to rent a unit. I arrived early for my appointment which was no problem and was greeted by two very professional and friendly managers (Jon & Ronnie). I viewed my unit and confirmed it was the right unit for me and then I completed my paperwork. The manager (Jon) went over every detail with me and also offered his name and contact info if I had any questions. I was not expecting this level of service and was pleasantly surprised.

After visiting several other storage facilities in my area and walking away for different reason from a rude staff, confusion over availability or too high pricing we came here and we were immediately impressed on all counts. This property is a great value and the staff are always friendly and willing to help with any problem.

So far, so good! We are currently loading our entire home into a Large Storage Room, 10 X 15, and it seems ample. Access is simple, using codes and the special lock that we purchased, and all is well. I will definitely look for a public storage if I need to pack up again!

Moving in went smoothly to the storage unit, only hicup was that one mover wanted to beat the elevator down so she took the exit stairs down. She and got locked in till someone heared her yelling and let her out. The storage unit is now full.

These guys were my first experience having a storage unit and they made it seem extremely streamlined. Move in and move out was simple and hassle free.

There are many public storage locations making it easy to find a convenient location. Unit is clean and well lit. Price is reasonable in comparison to other locations.
