Overall the accommodations are great. The place is kept cool and clean. It is safe and once inside our unit is easy accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that the rent increases every 6 months and it is a pretty substantial increase.

great service! Did a wonderful job with social distancing as well.

Prices are some of the lowest. If you watch and wait their prices drop some times even lower. But there units are smaller then the size they say they are. They have metal studs that take about 6” off 1 some times 2 walls.

Managers were quick to respond an very helpful. The building is well maintained and well cooled. Convenient location.

Only complaint- is the location closes too early.

This is the first time i am getting storage after i have shopped around other companies and other public storage facilities. i chose to go with this facility is because not only location, but Brittany i believe is the property managers name. she has excellent customer service, very professional, and she can multitask. shes very informative and a great leader as she was training two employees at the time. i can tell brit was trained very well, she also has very good sales experience.

This facility was a great location and is clean and secure, and user friendly to access. Personnel at the facility are friendly, informative and are very helpful with assisting you to make the correct space for your storage needs.

Britney was friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me all of the available options and answered all of my questions. Really great customer service! I moved in same day without any issues. The property is clean and the underground units are well lit. They also have dollies available to aid in moving your belongings from your vehicle into your unit.

I had the most amazing experience checking in . The manager ho was there (can't remember here name), You can look at the day and time to see ho was she is very sweet, very patient, extremely helpful and she make sure that every single detail was taken cared. She takes the time to make sure I got everything I need before I left and I really appreciate her for that. Please congratulate her for me she have and extraordinary customer service scales , something very rare on this days and you sure be very proud of her. Please let her know that ! And I'm recommending this place to everyone!

Update: I went there for the second time to rent a smaller size unit since I got rid of many items. This time Brittany helped me and she was such a nice person. She helped me pick the right unit and she made sure I get a unit close to the older one so that it's easier for me to move m stuff. She was so friendly and she made everything go smooth. Thanks Brittany! The place was clean and in great condition as always. My new unit size is sufficient and convenient. -- My experience was great. Brian asked me all the relevant questions about what I need to store and helped me select the convenient storage. The rate was good and the place is spacious and clean.

This is by far the best Public Storage in O.C. The staff (Brittany n Laura) are always helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend this location for all your storage or moving needs. The prices are great as well.

I think the price of the storage units should not go up every year, also when you are quoted a price on a unit and you tell them you will be back it shouldn't be changed to a higher price .

Found a good online rate to fit our needs. The facility is in great condition. Workers were knowledgable and very helpful. Only short fall was when loading stuff into storage at night the lights did not come on.
