Building is easily accessible, extremely clean inside and out, employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and overall I believe this is a great and safe place to keep your belongings.

I was delighted to be able to locate my storage facility without getting lost. Was also delighted to be able to exit the premises in a timely manner though I arrived near closing of office hours. I am glad that the storage is near a shopping center with a Whole Food's Market near by. Since my Spiritual and Physical health influence the decisions that I make. Great staff. Easy process

The only thing I would change is being able to check out a cart to move things after the office closes. I understand why but it is inconvenient for people who work during your office hours. I also tried the office three times to get one yesterday and the office was closed each time. The girl was cleaning. Which is kinda annoying.

New, clean facility. Staff helpful and friendly. Big minus, no individual lighting in rental spaces. Hallway lights are not adequate. Most storage places have lights on a timer, so they won't be left on.
