I was looking for a storage facility that offered climate control. I recently moved and need space to store the things I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have room for. The space I rented was a good size for my boxes. They had some flat bed carts available to use which is helpful. The online access is not always working (could be user error) and I have now memorized the code! Other than that it seems good!

The guy at the front desk was helpful but they had called to confirm I was renting the space and I said yes twice. When I arrived on the scheduled day they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have the space I reserved. This was frustrating. They found something similar but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t offer anything for the hassle.

I don't like PS policy of excluding long term tenants from the first month fee promotion, when it was years of annual increases which took the pricing at the old dumper PS facility to the absurd. Is that really good management?

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented storages before but by far this one has been the best. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Gabby was the one who helped us with our storage unit and she was very informative and helpful. She helped us choose the correct size that fit our budget. Thank you gabby!

Easyto set up and easy to move in. PLenty of parking and feels secure

The rental process was very easy. All steps and charges explained. The staff assisted me with a look at my unit and little tips to find it quickly. The app on my phone works great in entering the facility and the elevators. It is a busy location so carts are not always easy to come by at a particular loading area. The staff was quick to point out the availability at other loading areas. The climate control and cleanliness is a positive. The locks provided appear secure and it appears that the general areas are cleaned and cared for. The hours of operation are convenient. The outside lighting is excellent for late night visits as well as in the overall storage building. Very happy with my choice of this location.

I like the facility because is clean and climate controlled . I wish have more push carts.I saw other customers are looking for it. Would be great if each unite comes with certral lighign. Maryam was nice and friderly .

Great and accessible customer service. I was able to ask all of my questions and get clear solutions based on my needs. Booking was quick. Communication was very easy both via email and phone. When I visited it was very efficient and straightforward.

So glad the ladies helped me on this. I couldn't arrive to my reservation appointment to purchase the unit for my mother. So my mother ended up going in my place thankfully. I had called the place to inform them of my situation, and they were very helpful once my mother arrived. The paperwork process did not take as long ofcourse, and my mother was able to move her stuff right away. Thank You.

This is my first time getting a storage and the experience has been a blessing. For the first time I have a place I can call home! Well at least for my things during this chaotic time. I could barely afford it and the staff has been absolutely incredible. Sorry if I made a mistake on names but Bryanna who set me up didn't let me back out on the fees when I decide to get this storage with my last dime. Thank you Tammy who guided me through the maze when I was in a bad shape Showed me so much support. As well as a gentleman I did not get a chance to meet but allowed me to feel comfortable as I took a load off on the curb close by and was worried about being caught squatting too long hehe. I love you all very much and thank you for being there and allowing me to rent a space here. To new beginnings :) Thank you. Abtin

You seem ok. I wish companies could be upfront about all cost involved. We have to buy a special lock, admin fees, insurance, it is very frustrating. I look to rent a unit that is advertised at $1 and I end up spending over 50 for the 1st month if I go a second month it will be over 70. It is very frustrating and I just don't understand why you can't be upfront about all the cost ?

I felt like I had to purchase insurance. I thought that I had coverage. Wished I would have known so I could check before I went in. It would have saved a trip to stop the coverage. And get some garbage cans. I don't expect big ones. Just small ones.

Staff was laidback and super helpful

It's a nice clean facility, and the procedure is very smooth to rent a space. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is this: I am an experienced renter from Public Storage, who already has a unit at the property in question, and had reserved my unit online; I should not have to listen to the entire sales script when renting a new unit. I'm all for hearing the legal requirements as necessary to sign the contract, but I don't need to hear all about the various amenities and complete an extensive survey about my unit's proposed contents "to ensure you get the right size space."

The facility is clean, secure and everyone in the office that we have met and worked with is so friendly. It was such an easy process getting a unit and moving in. A bonus is the carts they allow you to use when moving. Makes everything such a smooth, pain-free process.

Tony and Francis were awesome in assisting me and going beyond their job. They are very professional. This facility is new and so is the cleanest I've seen. Also, because it's new, not all units are used and that kept prices lower than others in the area. I didn't give a full 5 stars because of the limited hours. Otherwise all is great. Closing at 8pm is a little too early for ppl working until 5-6.

I've used Public Storage in the past. I went to two other locations before renting from this one. The older locations were worn down and had wood interiors. I went with this location for the cleanliness, metal and concrete interiors, and a first level easy accessibility. The service was friendly and efficient.

Don't let the five stars fool you, I would've gave six stars if I could. This was my first storage unit and it was second to none, literally. Excellent customer service, especially Tony. He's very knowledgeable, attentive, and hilariously grrrrrreat guy.

Staff was very courteous, and process was pretty smooth. Facilities are top-notch, and pricing (at the time) was much better than anything around.

I had a very good experience with this Public Storage. No problems even when I decided to chose a different size storage. They honored my internet price and Lynda was very helpful. It's a beautiful space and easy location. Clean and well lit.

I cannot rave enough about the excellent service of both Francis and Krystal! When I came in to do my rental, I had no idea where to begin. Francis and Krystal greeted me immediately upon my entrance to the door and made me feel at home. Francis was very knowledgeable about this company and was able to explain to me step by step exactly what we would be doing and how all the amazing benefits of this property would make my time in storage as painless and worry-free as possible! Francis took me to see the unit and I was very impressed at the cleanliness of this facility! I could practically see my reflection on their clean floors, and there was not a speck of dust or dirt to be seen. The facility is kept cool 24 hours a day, which is perfect for my more sensitive items, and also to keep me cool during the move. This facility also boasts a large inventory of carts which are free for any customer to use during office hours. When we had picked my unit, it was almost $40 less than anywhere else I had looked at! Francis kept a friendly conversation going through the whole process and made me feel like a close friend. When we returned to the office, Francis helped me select the right amount of boxes for my stay, and the discounts definitely agreed with my tight budget! The lease process was painless, and Francis once again proved his value to Public Storage by being able to explain every step of the way what I was signing. When it came time to leave, Francis and Krystal both wished me luck on my move and invited me back if I ever had any questions. I am beyond blown away by this service, and will be a customer for years to come. Thank you, Francis and Krystal!

Everyone has been outstanding so far. What brings you down, like any storage facility, is the rapid change of rates. I rented a unit, less than 1 week later I came in for another one and the unit price had gone up over $100. In a week. This alone dropped your rating. By a lot. Why did I stay? Great customer service for one, and the best rates in town regardless of the ridiculous price increase.
