Brian very helpful friendly guy made the move-in seamless.... Love this location, just wish access hours went a little later like some of the competition.. Otherwise stellar for my needs. Auto-pay takes away the anxiety of forgetting to pay and seeing all your stuff on Storage Wars. Don't want Barry trashing my stuff for the one good piece!

Antonio followed up, he was efficient, he was more than courteous and he was extremely detailed without wasting time. He was caring, listened and deliberate and intuitive about my stress so he lead the way and made sure I was making the right decision by accessing my needs and creating a visual. He made sure I was clear about processes and procedures without making it laborious and boring. He smiled and act as though he was assisting Family. He created an experience and not a transaction.
