I'm not happy, because I reserved 17" y received other size, the lock the truck was broken. I reserved blanket and dolly, and not received this too. I'm your customer and I think no was good my experience.

I went into this public storage needing receipts from 2014, and A was EXTREMELY helpful! If I could give 6 stars I would! He took over an hour out of his day to help me retrieve these receipts. It was a pretty tedious task, so I appreciate how well he handled it! He was professional, patient, and understanding, thank you so much A :)

I first met Miguel when I rented my unit in the Whatley location. He was very helpful and helped me feel comfortable with my belongings being at that location. He also spent time assisting me with the lock because I was struggling to figure it out. I recently went to the LN location to make a payment b/c it is close to my residence, and Miguel was there. I knew I knew him from somewhere but initially couldn't place from where. It then hit me that it was from the other store location. As usual, Miguel was very friendly when taking my payment. He represents Public Storage in a very positive manner. He is an asset to the organization!

good facility - gave 4 stars as rat gutters needed to be cleaned along with pavement in front of units (use a gardener's leaf blower?). Susan was excellent at presenting our options and handling our paperwork!
