Great service, perfect location!

From the first phone call to moving-in day, to several quick-stops to add more items for storage this is the most-efficient, clean, and helpful staff I've ever experienced at a storage facility. They are there on-site for regular operating hours, and you're treated with respect! They helped me throughout the entire process. I ended up having to get a larger unit due to more items I wanted to store in the Temp-controlled building. If you're looking for a home-base storage please stop by and hopefully, Kat, the manager will be available to give you a tour. Prices were reasonable, but the entire place was clean, and it was one of the smoothest moves to storage ever! Congrats and thank you for all your help. You're the best!

Very easy experience. Sean was super helpful and they review what you need to store, and give really helpful recommendations. It is nice to actually see the physical unit they have available.

All around awesome!! Reservation process, customer service, operation hours, supply prices, security and most of all pricing for the unit I'm currently renting.

On site staff was wonderful. Unit was exactly as described. Feels safe with gates and PIN numbers to access the facility. Highly reccomend!

the place is very clean well kept, the gates are secure as well as the units. The office is helpful with out being pushy. Very nice place and the pricing is much better than the other famous storage place connected to moving and storing belongings.

My experience was great I was able to do some online and complete the rest in person. Brittany was so nice and very informative. The only thing I didn't care for is trying to get upsold into buying your boxes, and wrap and everything thing else under the sun. It's like I see it if I want it I'll ask, it seriously almost caused me to leave.

Sean provided us with exceptional and courteous service. He explained the terms of the rental agreement and answered our questions in a clear and professional manner.

The staff was great on the phone regarding a reservation and then follow up to make sure I got what I wanted and at the price I wanted. When I went in to sign the paperwork, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. I dealt mostly with Khidhar and there was no pushiness, I was treated well, the unit was very nice and clean and the complex looked very clean and safe and secure. I chose this complex because my nephew, who is a lawyer, has his stuff there and he is quite happy. I also like the location.

Well it's a lititle early to really say what I think., but when I needed a unit, the person behind the desk was kind of helpful. Well I was asked howmany boxes will I be storing, I said I don't know ,not to sure and she looked ate weird, like you don't know how many boxes , so I basically let them know what type of unit I needed ,and they helped me fin one, and the price wasn't to bad so I went ahead with it. They were very helpful. But I have only had that unit for only a week So far so good!!
