All good but I had diffuculty opening the gate..and going out

So easy to rent a storage ,fair price abd and no hassle using spare foot.

They called to make arrangements for my move in, and made sure I had everything I needed and understood what was going on.

Great customer service and pricing at this location.

This was my first time renting a storage and Jessica was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my choices.

I had a great experience, the girl who helped me was very good at communicating she answered all my questions in a fast and timely manner , I was in and out within 30 minutes with my new storage.

Just rented a 10x10. Everyone was helpful, courteous and professional. Only thing I need to do is learn where my unit is. You can get lost real easy.

I transferred from your competitor to Public Storage and though the process was the same, I was pleasantly surprised how your representative, Lizbeth at Public Storage was helpful with my need for convenience and the much better rate that I'm happy with my decision I made to switch.

Everything went well. The storage was a perfect fit. And I even ended up getting the unit for the promotion of $1 for the 1st month when they orginally gave me 50% off, so that was a plus. A negative was after signing everything they called me the next day stating I had to return to sign the contract. That was an inconvenience. Also they have a bird nesting above the stairs where my unit is and there is bird droppings all over the stairs and that's just unsanitary. Other then those two things everything else was good.

Came In To Gets Some Quotes, And Met Liz And Juliana, They Are The Best.!! Wasn't Sure What Size Storage I Needed And They Helped Me Get One Big Enough For My Stuff. They Answered All My Question And Concerns. I Ended Up Getting One Right There And Then, They Had Really Low Prices Compare To The Other Storage Places. It's Very Convenient Since I Live Close By, They Also Have Security Systems, Which Is Great, I Don't Want My Stuff To Be Stolen. The Place Is Kept Clean, And It's Easy To Get In And Out With Their Security Codes Systems. Very Convenient.

From making my reservation online to the the call from Juliana confirming my reservation and setting up our appointment time everything was handled quickly and professionally. The real joy was showing up on the property to meet Lizz. She literally brought a smile to my face and brightened my day. She made moving all my stuff into the storage super easy and enjoyable. I was in and out in 15 minuets to make my decision to use this facility, signing up and making my first payment. I would highly recommend using this business.
