Kyle is amazing...can answer all your questions, he is quick and very, very helpful. After we removed all our belongings from storage, I wanted to get a copy of receipts for the 2 storage units we were using. I called Kyle to get a copy of the print out because we realized my email used was incorrect. He remembered us and that we had 2 storage and was aware that we just finished using the storage like last week. I was amazed that he remembered us and that he was quick to print out our receipts for us to pick up. Every time we called, he was amazing at helping us out and knowledgable. We went to this facility because we wanted a drive up to unload our truck... the access is awesome. We would rather make the drive for a drive up versus one that is inside the building or upstairs.... that would STRESS me out. THANK YOU KYLE FOR YOUR AMAZING SERVICE....

Public Storage has many locations so it is convenient to rent space through then. However their on-line quote and reservation system doesn't clearly indicate that the renter must purchase insurance to cover the contents, and that this is a monthly add-on charge to the basic rental fee. The cost of the insurance they offer seems high.

This was/is a reasonably simple process and easy to complete. However, the $1. First Month promotion is only on select units. After I booked my reservation for my desired unit the price actually went down for the same size at the same facility. Kind of unfair. Also, when I accepted the unit and completed the paperwork found that another unit of the same size and better suited to my needs was available, I could not switch to it even though I had not moved anything in yet. That was frustrating. Also, they require that you have insurance for your items in storage and did not inform me ahead of time.....so they of course offer insurance that they "contract" with.

Move-in and Move-in were very easy and straight forward using their online system. Their online payment system is also easy. The area is safe and there is a decent amount of space for trucks (but not a huge amount of space). The walls and doors of the storage units are not completely sealed between units and to parts of the outside so be aware that bugs can get in so don't have anything that might attract them.

Move in was simple, easy, and efficient. Turns out I needed a bigger unit and the property manager, Jared I believe his name was, accommodated me easily while still giving a great price. Moving day always sucks but at least the storage process went seamlessly and allowed me to be in, unloaded, and out in under an hour. Very very pleased.

Reservation was easy and unit I wanted was available. I even scored with the first month free. Unit is a bit crudely constructed inside (loose boards and openings), but my things are in containers and on a racks. I hope critters stay out. Overall, I had good customer service.
