The facility is the cleanest self-storage Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever seen. The location is perfect for anyone in Laguna Niguel and the surrounding areas. Brent at the front desk was excellent! He was thorough, helpful and personable. Will definitely them recommend to others!

Very friendly service, location is excellent, and the facility is super-clean and neat. Of course, that comes at a bit higher price, but the location alone was worth it for us.

This was my first experience with your company. The price was fair, the facility clean and the customer service helpful. However, two things that made it very difficult to use the unit were the fact that no dollies or hand trucks were available to move my items and the door closest to my unit was being repaired. I had some heavy items so it was very difficult to move them in by myself.

Eric was wonderful! He made the check in experience quick and easy! I was very impressed with how clean the entire facility was!

I specifically searched for a climate controlled storage unit and paid extra for it when I was shown the unit it was clearly climate controlled after moving in that was not the case When I attempted to retrieve items I needed him to organize my unit it was unbearably hot and had to leave so I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t pass out I tried different times of the day and night didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t matter it was not climate controlled When I attempted to get the problem solved with the manager he refused to give me a phone number for customer service and said sorry thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nothing we can do very unprofessional I would not recommend this facility at all!

I ended up getting a larger unit than what sparefoot reserved for me. But Eric is great at that location helped me out for sure!!

Both Matthew and Eric were amazing. I had dealt with other companies before finding them and were told one thing by the sales rep, then once transfered to the actual manager at the locations, was told something totally different. These guys were upfront and thorough! Great location just off the freeway. Easy to find. Clean and safe. Great hours.

We rent 2 units in this facility. The staff is super nice and helpful, and the facility is very well kept.

Units are the size stated with full metal walls to the ceiling about 12ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ high that make them secure.

Everything was straight forward and easy to understand.

I was able to rent a storage unit in the size I needed immediately after finding out my long distance movers were arriving earlier than expected. The facility is clean with easy entry and good security. On-site staff was professional and very helpful.
