Because of our move I've had to visit this place three time (1st boxes, 2nd truck, and now 3rd storage). The folks who run this site are very pleasant and offer outstanding customer service.

I had made reservation online and when I went in the staff was giving a choice to select between the unit I had reserved and another unit that became available that had the alternative of riding in the elevator with your things vs having sending your things on the freight elevator and you go up the stairs and then retrieving your belongings. This was nice of her. However, I had liked location of the original unit better. The paperwork process was painless. It took less than 10 minutes and we were done. The location and accessibility of the storage is really great!

We were struggling to fit in all of our belonging as we had just sold our house. The managers went out of their way to help us get a unit large enough for us. We are very thankful for all the help in a stressful time.

This is a very convenient and easy to get to facility. Compared to my last storage this place is a breeze!!

The resident managers were extremely helpful with a unit that I could access even though I have a hard time getting around or getting help. They also accepted my U-haul return although there had been some mix-up as to where my drop of was to be, once I arrived. They were fantastic about that, as I would have had a LONG WALK home and possibly more mileage and gas if I had to take it anywhere other than my destination. Thank You
