When I went to do online check-in I was told to call the corporate number as it could not be completed. I was told it was canceled and that someone at the facility had called me several times but my voicemail was full and it was cancelled as a result. This was incorrect. I informed them I had no missed calls and my voicemail was not full. When I went to the facility the manager Freda said that they had no record of a reservation canceled or otherwise. She then helped me upgrade to a larger storage unit and was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions.

Best storage facility around! Price is affordable, facility is clean and secure, staff is helpful, kind and professional! I highly recommend this place.
