Brian was so helpful as I arranged storage for my active duty military son asap! The unit was clean, well lit, easily accessed and we were pleasantly surprised to find 2 carts available to move larger items!

When I scheduled to come in and secure a unit, Jenny was very helpful over the phone. I Was very busy the day I came to do my paperwork and my unit, and without mentioning needing to hurry when I arrived, was out to lunch, but let the gentleman know that I might be in a hurry and he quickly showed me the unit, did my payment and paperwork, answered my questions and had me out of there very promptly and was very kind as well.

We reserved a space online and then went to the facility to complete the rental. We were helped by Vanessa Danner and she was excellent. She was very competent, helpful and her customer service skills are wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person to deal with.

I needed storage for our move to the area, and all the facilities near my new home were full. I like the convenience of the freeway and it is less than 15 minutes from our new home. I checked in on a busy Monday morning and all my paperwork was completed in a timely manner.

I rented an indoor climate controlled unit, 1st floor. Thought I might need a second one so I reserved the unit right next to mine. No fee. I ended up not needing the 2nd one but it was much less stressful that I had that opportunity. The manager was very helpful and made the obtaining of the unit very easy and stress free!

I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get the 10x10 inside, 2nd floor storage Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d reserved because their elevator wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working. I was offered a 10x15 drive-up unit for the same price for six months. That is great customer service.

We rented a climate controlled storage unit for our fine art and collectibles. Couldn't be happier. Place is brand new and squeaky clean. Gate and access easy to use. People very friendly and helpful. Wish they had another elevator closer to our spot, but it worked out pretty good. Very good price. We recommend Life Storage to anybody.
