Leslie was thorough, kind, funny, and explained all the offers and made it all just a simple process. The facility is clean and secure and the security is supreme. The prices are incredible and along with discounts you really just canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the affordability. During times like these last couple of years itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice to see a community company not in business for greed. Be good to those who are good to you! Support local businesses!

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean. She explained how to use the key and when we had trouble, she came out and showed us how to do it. It was an amazing experience.

The young lady who helped me was very polite and professional with one exception,when your working with one person you should finish with that person before jumping to help someone else,it's impolite and if initiated by the other individual then politely tell them to wait. With that being the only exception my service was 👍

unit is nice not totally clean I will have to sweep but rest of unit nice my last review didn't make it up I sat through people even after me-people coming in for all sorts of things from needing a unit to needing to pay to turning in unit stuff and leaving to just needing to borrow dolly or something which is kind the truck is available and Dolly's and a ladder would be kind to if possible as that's what I needed help with too. I was finally alone in there after a few hours and some weirdo pulls up and starts starring in the windows through the mirrors in his car it was very ill to me and upsetting being a survivor of a few things I felt in a bad position it's not your fault you don't know but then second time out someone's watching me leave the back suddenly so I'm wondering sitting there while all those people were let ahead of me was I found even before I paid cause it's also for info police and fire men have easiest asscess to hunting their wife or husband's so much love and learning as a storage owners and renters and think of us survivors be it rape victims ,domestic violence victims there's a reason we're trying to not spend two-thirds hours waiting Thank you

Needed a smaller storage place in a hurry and searched online. SelfStorage.com was able to make the reservation for me very quickly. I was unsure at first but they sent me the confirmation right away and I was able to go to the facility and finish all the paperwork within the hour. Staff at the facility was courteous and knowledgeable and finished the paperwork and payment quickly. Only downside was she didn't go into details over the gate and building access procedures.

This is a very secure facility with great customer service. With their move in promotions, the price is better than any others I found in the AV or surrounding area. And they answer all your questions. The office staff is helpful and friendly.

Amargosa Creek is a great storage facility and even though I had reserved a unit, I had the option to get something else after touring the place. There are security cameras everywhere and the staff is very friendly at all times. I recommend this facility to anyone trying to find a storage unit.

This facility is clean, safe, and well maintained. The final price was lower than advertised even after all fee and insurance costs due to a discount offered for committing to stay at least 2 months. Overall very pleased that I chose amargosa creek storage

Applying for a unit was made easy by staff who went out of their way to explain how to complete the forms and then do the coding of gate and doors. And the unit location is easy access and clean. All just perfect for what I need.

Moving in Was easy the paperwork was done quickly I moved in the same day my unit was very clean so that was very nice and the receptionist was very kind

A great and combiner storage rental! The staff is kind and caring and they really do provide exceptional service to their customers and they do really make sure that you are taken care of! I have been able to meet all of my storage needs here and have the peace of mind that my items are stored safely and securely where I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to worry. This place is new and nice and has dual access points which makes it awesome to store items. The staff is always friendly and welcoming with a huge smile whenever I need assistance.

Nice new storage facility used to store our fifth wheel. Large spaces for all sizes of Recreational Vehicles. The staff were so accommodating and very nice.

Clean and orderly brand new storage unit. Grabbed staff and they swept out unit before I started using. Maximum 2 people in lobby at a time is too low. Wasn't able to use their bathroom for some reason. Looks like this place was just built and $$ is trying to be recouped as the many additional fees of admin fee, lock fee, insurance fee are to oblivious there for that initial investment.
