Process was quick, everything was done over the phone .

Staff was very kind and helpful

The driveway ramp from the street is so steep that when I drove in my RV step bottomed out and got bent backwards so far that they are now inoperable and will cost hundreds to repair.

When I pulled into this facility the slope of the driveway transition from the street was so steep that it caused my RV slide out door step to drag on the pavement and now it will cost me $$$ to have it repaired or replaced. Very regretful about storing it here.

I received a good rate online through Sparefoot. When I went to Life Storage it was $4 more, but it was still the lowest rate available at the time. It was an easy process. I received a call from the storage that I could move in that date I selected. I went to the storage office and the processing for my storage unit was very quick and easy. I got the unit size that I wanted as well with drive up access.

The lady there helped me with very nice and she answered all what I need to know

We moved from out of state and the nice and friendly customer service of “life storage” made our move smoother than I was expecting. The storage is very clean and our movers could drive the 18 wheeler trailer right to the front of the storage. I totally recommend this facility.

Michelle Pantoja did a terrific job getting me set up with a storage unit. She was friendly, conscientious and efficient. She explained everything thoroughly but it was not a long process. Good work!
