Purely Storage - Lancaster - E Ave I

During a time when i was bombarded with news of moving, purely storage made it fast ,easy ,and affordable to put my things in a safe place.i spoke with the employee at front desk for about 7 minutes, was given the policy ,pay dates, amd keys shortly after.She even informed me of the moving out requirements and let me know to remove my things prior to the monthly cycle pay date to avoid giving that extra money for no reason.

The ladies in the front office were very helpful. And they were very knowledgeable. They made sure I knew the hours to drop off or pick up stored items and to be careful not to be there after 10pm. I appreciated each one of them. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

I looked around at a few different companies and was pleasantly surprised when coming here. The staff was helpful & courteous. The property is clean & well kept.

Because I was moving back to California, I had my sister research affordable storage facilities in the Lancaster, CA area. Purely Storage had the best rates but also had a special going, so we chose this location. I was held up with a problem getting a U-Haul and a trailer, so my trip had to be delayed. I contacted Purely and they were understanding and extended my reservation hold and extra 5 days and they honored the same rate special.

A bit expensive but good customer service

Reserving the unit was easy staff was very helpful and understanding too my needs. Explained everything.

i really like this storage.i used to have it back a few years when it was different owners and Management and thats the reason i left i hated this place then but now i love it here the employees are really nice and always helpful and its a lot cleaner then it used to be

The thing that set Purely Storage apart from others was their special promotional pricing. Definitely the best deal on town for my needs. Staff was nice, and even though there is not 24hr access it was still plenty convenient.

So far the customer service has been good, hours are convenient.

Everything was explained and given straight forward. Any questions or concerns was addressed with detailed explanations. The staff has excellent customer service and will recommend to everyone who wants a smooth peaceful rental storage facility.

Customer service was great and as well as pricing but you get what you pay for, there was a lot of homeless people hanging around storage (,maybe living, idk) and was dirty.

The very same day I called I walked in and minutes later we were off to view the unit. It took less then 10 minutes completing paperwork, I got discounted for 2 months, a high tech security lock was provided to me brand-new for me to have and keep for free. Thank you, because I did forget to get one. Being 7 months pregnant I try to not forget things like that, so many helpful great qualities I'm for sure Purely Storage Facility & Staff Members are by far the #1, I Highly encourage & recommend Purely Storage to people all across the nation.

When I called around town this place had the best prices in town.I went into check out the different storage sizes available for my moms and my stuff. My mom passed away in November and I was given a 60 day notice that I had to move out because the owners were going to sell the house I was living in with my mother. I was devastated and finding it very hard to think clearly about what to do with all of my mothers stuff in the house and I was not able to find a place to move that I could afford so I also needed to put my stuff in storage. When I saw the largest storage they had available I knew that all our stuff would not fit in it. Sandy was so helpful and suggested two units 1 for my stuff and 1 for my moms stuff that actually would be less expensive for the 2 than for the 1 because there was a discount on the size units she suggested and there was not a discount on the larger one. She solved my problem and saved me money in the long run. I am satisfied with all this place has to offer drive up and drop in very convenient way to go. The facility is clean and has easy access. Great customer service, best prices! Went in and found out the storage unit was 50% off the 1st 3 months so I was able to get a larger unit then expected!
