I hope that you take the serious because I'm not the first review that has reported theft I rented a 10 by 12 I realized I was being robbed.I've then downsized to a 10x10 and someone continue to burglarized my unit. this place has other tenants besides the manager. I have lost everything I've ever worked for in my lifetime everything that was important to me is gone I expect storage companies to have good security systems this one does not have security on every aisle. I was getting ready to retire stored a bunch of newly bought items for my travel trailer it is all gone. I also lost a lot of items because of rodents the feed store directly next door brings hay along with rodents every week. Best place is very infested it got so bad I could smell the mice before I open my door. They add on property protection it's not even insurance and they end up denying your claims. So I'm removing my items however they're trying to steal it before I can even get it out . I'm not making this review out of any anger. I'm just hoping this will help you make the right choice when looking for a storage unit . knowing that I'm not the only review like this. I'm heartbroken over the items stolen that can't be replaced.. and sill nothing has changed. The police confirmed that there is a problem at the storage unit.

Horrible place to store you belongings. The top part of the storage has a opening where a neighbor tenant crawled through this gap a burglarized my storage unit. The roof also leaked and water from the rain damaged my belongings. The staff did nothing to warn other tenants and were very lazy about getting to the bottom of the burglary.Please do not take a chance and rent here they give you great promotion prices and then jack the price really high claiming this is the price without the promotion.They never list a regular price before the promotion so you can compare the price. This place is not a good place to rent from.

I was looking around for storages and this one seemed so perfect and it was. Customer service was amazing, he explained how everything worked and gave us a small tour. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy about my selection.

The storage was dirty but and had a strong cigarrette smell to it im sure its not the office fault but i dod had to clean my own unit

Smart stop gave me better price than an other place that was a smaller size.
