Enjoyed the on line registration/reservation process. It was very easy and efficient. Your on-site manager Dolly was a pleasure to work with. She made the final registration process very enjoyable.

Dolly was great efficient friendly quick communicated clearly. I've rented several times from public storage not all facilities have welcoming on site managers. Sheila on Boulder is awesome as well would not recommend Stanley location.

Find out if this is the first time renting or someone that has rented before. The sales person was pushing packing materials and a lock that were not needed.

This public storage is exceptional! When I first walked into this place I was greeted warmly by Patti. She has continued to give her exceptional customer service since we moved in. Thank you Patti for all your hard work!!

We used PS for a few months while in between houses. The facility was clean and easy to use. Four stars instead of five because it was a little more expensive than others in the area. Patti the manager was friendly and helpful on the few occasions I had to talk to her.

I just wanted to take a moment to give my upmost appreciation for Patti at this Public Storage. My great uncle passed away so we had to find a location to store his belongings until we could figure out what we wanted to keep and give away to charity. She made the transition so easy for the Family as this had to be handled in a rush and we are from out of town. She made us feel so comfortable and helped in anyway possible. Patti found us the perfect size storage unit and anything we needed she was more than happy to help. She was a joy and we appreciated her so much during this not so joyous occasion. I just rented a storage unit about a week ago on Monday from Morgan. Morgan was very friendly, extremely thorough, and really eased my mind on the safety of our items because of her thoroughness. The property is very well maintained, prior to signing up she showed me the unit to make sure that it would work for our needs, and the unit itself was very clean. I was fully please with the cleanliness of the facilities, the ease of access, the roominess of the site, the facility security system, the friendliness of the owner and staff and the ultimate cost affordability.

The facility is always well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only reason I am giving it four stars and not five is because I recently found out that other places cost significantly less.
