The manager was training a new employee when I rented my space and the two of them were awesome! Very friendly and personable. Everything was disclosed leaving me without any questions or concerns. Both were very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend this location.

this place is in a great location, easy freeway access and the staff were so nice and helpful when i came in to reserve a storage unit.

Nichole was amazing! She is so friendly and makes me want to actually store my things here. She made me feel welcomed, helped when I lost my lock key, allowed me to take my time even with all of my crazy family needs! She is definitely one of the best employees there!

I had a very speedy and polite encounter with Chrissy behind the counter in Livermore. She had great manners, was cheerful, and happy to answer any questions I had. She had a checklist marking off some of the more major items I would be storing, just to be completely sure that my rental would have enough space for my needs. Happy customer, right here!
