Came in to see what specials and sizes they had. Renie and Sarah were able to show me inside and outside units and explain the total move in. While walking the property to different units, the place was clean and calm. Definitely would recommend to people interested in storage!

Communication needs to be better so that people know that the $49.00 units are upstairs and only for light items. Dangerous to climb a moving staircase. I've been told that will be taken care of. Also, after going into the office to rent my 5x10 unit, I was told that I would have to move out in 2 months because of upcoming construction. None of that was mentioned before and the office staff said they thought it would be a couple of years. So they are not properly informed in a timely manner either. It actually worked out for me because as it turns out, all my belongings wouldn't have fit into the 5x10. I picked a 15x10 I believe, and it just barely fit all my belongings. I did get a senior discount which helped.
