The front office personnel (Veronica) is extremely professional and helpful. My 5x10 unit was extremely clean and has easy access from my car. The grounds were immaculate and everything well-maintained. I feel safe being there alone. I love how everything is on the ground level too.

Veronica made it really easy to sign up for a 5x10 unit. The pricing was good, but wish there was a Senior Discount. The unit is very clean, but a bit of mud/sludge close to my unit from a drain pipe. Also, I moved my storage items in on a Sunday, so no dolly or wagon was available to customers. Luckily my son-in-law had a dolly I could use. I was really impressed with the clean/tidy unit, and the tranquil clean safe environment there, I felt safe and my overall experience with Cube Smart has been really good.

Not the fault of the people in charge. Good service. Clean space. But way more than it should be. Gouging is taking place because so many people had to move in with family because of COVID. I used to pay less than this for a huge space the size of a large garage. I have taken in homeless people because I have some space to do it, but I charge them little or nothing to share in the utilities, I don't charge them double what I could get normally for rent!
